Registered Manager
Sohel is the founder and Registered manager of Spire HomeCare &Training Ltd with years of Health Care experience and provides a key leadership role of managing the performance of his team and quality of care. He provides information and offers support to Service users and their families to help improve their quality of life. His effective leadership and monitoring keep the services safe for our service users.
Preeti Maxwell
Senior Care Coordinator
Preeti has been working with Spire Home Care & Training Ltd from the onset. She liaises with The Local Authority, accepting packages as well as discussing care packages with Service Users and their families, reporting any changes or related issues regarding Service Users to The Local Authority. Preeti also makes the Rotas matching the carers to the Clients and their needs, as she ensures that quality standards are always maintained, and the care is delivered according to The Service Users’ needs and wishes.
Zannat Miah
Field Care Supervisor
Zannat started off as a Carer within domiciliary care, before taking on the Role of Field Care Supervisor. She supports Service users’ and their families’ doing assessments and advising additional and necessary support with other health care professionals to ensure Service users are receiving the best care.
Volha Kouloumanou
Human Resources, Recruitment Officer
Olga as known to the team, started off as a carer in 2013 within domiciliary care, providing care and supporting the vulnerable. She then progressed to work as a Recruitment Officer and Admin support, supporting carers as well as the office staff management in the day-to-day running of the Home Care Agency. She is also a qualified trainer, training the carers, and is loved and respected by all, as ‘The Heart of the company.’
Rebecca Luyiga
Administration Officer
Rebecca has worked in Health Care for several years, working across several different Services, supportingvulnerable adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, dementia,and strokes. She has gained extensive knowledge and worked her way up, gaining Health and Social Care qualifications and in Administration.
Rebecca promotes independent living with a person-centered approach and works with the Office Management Team as well as the Carers to help provide high quality care to Service Users.
